A New Leaf provides a spectrum of services to help families succeed. With the completion of La Mesita Family Homeless Shelter the La Mesita campus now has both long term affordable housing and a short term Family Homeless Shelter.
Children living at the La Mesita Family Homeless Shelter created flower drawings during workshops with the artist. These were turned into ceramic decals and used on the donor wall. The children chose flowers that symbolically represented concepts about themselves.
